Academic Partnership

The Biblical Institute on individual projects in the last few years worked with several academic institutions and professional associations at home and abroad. Among them are the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Zagreb; Department of Theology of the University of Ljubljana – Unit in Maribor; Slowenisches Wissenschaftsinstitut Vienna; the Society of Friends of the Bible; and the Croatian Bible Society.

Agreements of Cooperation:

Abilene Christian University, USA

The Biblical Institute collaborates with Abilene Christian University, (ACU) – College of Biblical Studies and Graduate School of Theology since 2005. The Graduate School of Theology at ACU recognizes and accepts the three-year program of theological studies from the Biblical Institute, and ACU allows students to continue their studies at the graduate level. Since the academic year 2015/2016 the Biblical Institute is an approved center for the resident portion of the ACU online Master of Divinity program (M.Div.), Master of Arts in Christian Ministry, and Master of Arts in Global Service. Professors from ACU teach on occasion at the Biblical Institute.


Lipscomb University, USA

The Biblical Institute signed a cooperation agreement in 2014 with Lipscomb University (LU) in the USA. Lipscomb University recognizes and accepts the three-year program of theological studies from the Biblical Institute, and LU allows students to continue their studies at the graduate level. BI and LU collaborate on a variety of educational, scientific, social, cultural, and missionary programs. Professors from Lipscomb University teach on occasion at the Biblical Institute.
