Participants learned practical ways to experience this transformation and discussed the challenges they might encounter along the way.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"426\" data-end=\"830\">Over three sessions, they explored who their enemies and allies are, how to surrender to the Holy Spirit, and how to manage their thoughts instead of being controlled by them. They also considered whether it is possible to &#8220;capture&#8221; their thoughts.
