{"id":9342,"date":"2023-09-01T16:33:36","date_gmt":"2023-09-01T14:33:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bizg.hr\/povijesna_crtica\/2016\/"},"modified":"2025-10-22T15:19:41","modified_gmt":"2025-10-22T13:19:41","slug":"timeline_2016","status":"publish","type":"povijesna_crtica","link":"https:\/\/www.bizg.hr\/en\/povijesna_crtica\/timeline_2016\/","title":{"rendered":"2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>Danijel Berkovi\u0107, Biblijski institut\u2019s Old Testament Professor, receives his Ph.D. from London (England) Middlesex University.<\/li>\n<li>The European Evangelical Accrediting Association (EEAA), an arm of the World Evangelical Alliance, awards Biblijski institut \u201cCandidacy\u201d for accreditation for Biblijski institut\u2019s B.Th. in Ministry, with arrangements for visit in March of 2017.<\/li>\n<li>Biblijski institut initiates new certificate programs for the training of church leaders in Zagreb, Rijeka, and Vara\u017edin, Croatia.<\/li>\n<li>CECEF hires Brian Walton as a full-time fundraiser for the Institute.<\/li>\n<li>Sandra Sibley, a professional \u201corganizational development specialist,\u201d leads Biblijski institut\u2019s staff and faculty in laying the groundwork for the kinds of organizational paradigm shifts Biblijski institut needs to make in the era of the Bologna paradigm, so that the school can become more of a \u201cLearning Community.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Faculty and Staff collaborate to work toward EEAA accreditation.<\/li>\n<li>Dr. Perry L. Stepp, an American New Testament theologian with experience in academic administration and accreditation, works with Biblijski institut throughout the months of October \u2013 December to help prepare for the SER.<\/li>\n<li>Both CECEF and Management Boards agree to identify the successor of Dr. Thomas Sibley as Director.
